Myron Dill, of Pinkhouse Lane, was charged in conjunction with Earl Spencer.

Both are accused of causing $1,068 in damage to the tree as they tried to remove it from the Freer Cox Memorial Nature Reserve in Devonshire last October. They will be tried on March 14.
