But a Supreme Court trial was ordered for Sean Charles Smith, 24, charged with the murder of Wilson, found floating in the waters off North Shore last February.
Magistrate the Wor. Charles-Etta Simmons ordered Sean Smith be remanded at Westgate until his March 1 Supreme Court trial.
He is represented by Mr. Archibald Warner.
