discharge and a stern warning after he admitted stealing a livery cycle and riding it while under the legal age.

The court heard that Antoine Herbert Anderson of Old Maids Lane, St. George's, took a bike belonging to Georgiana cycles rental on June 5. Police spotted him on Front Street and pursued him, suspecting the cycle was stolen.

Anderson eventually dropped the cycle in the City Hall car park and scurried under a parked truck where he was arrested and taken to Hamilton Police Station.

Before passing sentence Senior Magistrate, the Wor. Will Francis took a moment to advise Anderson. "I hope with everything that has happened to you, that you understand taking cycles is a serious offence. They cost a lot of money.''
