UBP chairman Dr. James King said the "hats off'' party would celebrate the election victory.

"The party officers are keen to see all those who have worked so hard to make this election a success.

"We have arranged for light refreshments and a repeat performance by the popular band Legacy.'' Meanwhile, the Progressive Labour Party is also planning a "thank you'' rally next Thursday for its supporters.

The venue, to be confirmed, is likely to be the PHC Stadium in Warwick.

There will be speeches, including one by party leader Mr. Frederick Wade, and music. Church choirs will be performing.

Said Mr. Wade: "All our supporters in Bermuda are invited.''
