Dwayne David Bean, 31, of Radnor Road, Hamilton Parish, admitted in Magistrates' Court to breaking into the Hamilton Parish home of Kelly Simmons on September 4.

Prosecutor Sgt. Rex Osborne said the complainant reported the theft of ten pairs of underwear to Police. Bean was arrested and told Police he threw the underwear into the sea.

Sgt. Osborne said the value of the theft was about $30 and said Bean had been fined previously for stealing ladies' underwear.

Defence lawyer Mr. Carlsen Philip asked for a social inquiry report.

The Wor. John Judge agreed and set bail at $500.
