Ill passenger is attacked on bus
A man who became physically ill on a rush hour bus was attacked by an unsympathetic fellow passenger.
And when Police attended the scene, no other passengers were willing to give any information about the assault.
According to a Police spokesman, at around 5.10 p.m. on Monday, officers were called to a disturbance on a bus, near Purvis Primary School, in Warwick.
The spokesman said: "Police observed a bus stationary outside the school with passengers standing around outside.
"It appears that a male passenger became unwell, and was assaulted by another male when the bus stopped in the area.
"None of the other passengers were willing to provide any information to Police."
The suspect, a 29-year-old Sandys man was arrested at the scene, but the victim ran away from his attacker and has yet to be identified.
