Queen's Birthday Parade
The Queen's Birthday Parade will take place a week on Saturday on Front Street.
Various dignitaries including Governor Sir Richard Gozney; Premier Ewart Brown, Hamilton Mayor Charles Gosling and the Commanding Officer of the Bermuda Regiment Brian Gonsalves, will be in attendance at the June 12 event. The parade will begin at 10.30 a.m. and will feature the following marching units: Bermuda Regiment, Bermuda Regiment Band & Corps of Drums, Bermuda Police Service, Bermuda Police Reserves, Department of Corrections, Bermuda Cadet Corps and Bermuda Sea Cadet Corps.
The following non-marching units will also participate: Bermuda Regiment Gun Troop, Bermuda Regiment Medical Section, Bermuda Cadet Corps and St. John Ambulance Brigade.The Governor will take the Royal Salute and lead the parade inspection.
