Troylene Anderson is still missing
Police continue to ask for the public's help in locating missing teenager Troylene Anderson.
The 17-year-old was last seen Tuesday, January 26.
A Police spokesperson described her as 5'5" tall, weighing approximately 186 pounds and having "short, curly reddish brown hair".
The teenager is known to frequent the St. Monica's Road, Pembroke area.
Anyone with information as to Miss Anderson's whereabouts is asked to contact the Vulnerable Persons Unit on 295-0011.
Motorcyclist injured in collision with a car
A Sandys man suffered injuries to his face and leg after his motorcycle collided with a car.
Police said the accident occurred on Tuesday.
"At 8.30 a.m. Police received a report of an accident which occurred at the junction of Somerset Road and the Railway Trail in Sandys near Somerset Bridge," a spokesperson stated.
"It appears that the driver of a motorcycle, a 30-year-old Sandys man, was heading east on Somerset Road when he collided with a car driven by a 55-year-old Sandys man.
"The driver of the car was left without injury while the motorcyclist was taken via ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital."
The motorcycle received front-end damage while the car received damage to its front end and right side, the Police spokesperson added.
Inquiries into the incident are underway.
