Bermuda has concluded negotiations on a tax information exchange agreement (TIEA) with India.

Finance Minister Paula Cox made the announcement this morning.

The bilateral agreement will provide for an exchange of information on criminal and civil tax matters.

The negotiations took place in New Delhi, India, this week as Ministry of Finance representatives toured the South Asian country with Premier Ewart Brown.
