City road works planned for today
Traffic will be disrupted today as construction related work is done on the streets of Hamilton.
On Church Street, in front of the Washington Mall, traffic will reduced to one lane between seven a.m. and four p.m. today to facilitate the use of a crane.
There will be delays at the intersection of Princess and Angle Streets between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. today.
Angle Street will be available for local access only.
This disruption will allow for trenching by Belco.
Traffic travelling through the intersection of Spurling's Hill and Reid Street between nine a.m. and noon tomorrow on will also experience delays.
On Thursday, it was announced that Front Street between Queen Street and Bermudiana Road between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. today and tomorrow.
Traffic travelling westbound on Front Street will not be affected by the lane closure.
