Man stabbed in parking lot

A 28-year-old man was stabbed in the parking lot of Ice Queen over the weekend and was taken to hospital for treatment.

According to a Police report, the Paget man along with two other were admitted to the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and he was placed on a general ward in stable condition.

The report said officers attended a report of assault at the Paget eatery at 3.50 a.m. Saturday where it was said that several individuals were involved in a fight in the parking lot.

The attackers fled the scene before Police arrived.

The 28-year-old was stabbed multiple times on his body while the second injured man received treatment at hospital and the third left without being treated.

A car parked at Ice Queen was damaged during the scuffle.
