Senate debate on Tucker’s Point SDO delayed to Friday

The debate on the Rosewood Tucker's Point SDO in the Senate tomorrow has been postponed until Friday.

Anti-racism group CURB emailed its supporters this afternoon to say: “The Cabinet Secretary has advised that the Senate has informed him that the debate of the Tucker's Point SDO will now be held on Friday, March 18 not tomorrow, March 16.

“Permission has been given for the public to congregate in the Cabinet Building grounds, therefore please turn up any time during the day from 9.30am onwards to express your concern.”

No reason for the delay has been given.
