A sick man was brought ashore from a US warship yesterday for treatment at King Edward VII Memorial.The US Consulate, which notified Bermuda Maritime Operations of the evacuation, declined to name the vessel.The ship was 120 miles northeast of the Island.The crew member, a 24-year-old man, arrived at LF Wade International Airport by helicopter at 3.50pm, and was able to walk to a waiting ambulance.
