Big motor show this weekend

“It’s been 15 years since Bermuda’s seen a car show of this magnitude,” vows music and motor aficionado Jamie Lovell, of tomorrow’s car, bike and racing extravaganza.

The Auto Moto Saloon’s display of wheels and steel will showcase custom-designed bikes, cars, sports utility vehicles and trucks at Southside Racing Circuit.

“There will be some racing, but it’s mostly a car and bike show,” Mr Lovell said. “We have some really, really nice cars lined up, and a model search to go with it. There will also be performances from up and coming local artists.”

The show comes courtesy of Team ONI Racing Club, founded by Mr Lovell and dedicated to showing off customised vehicles.

The show runs from 1pm to 5pm, with tickets at $10 for adults, $5 for under-12s.

Aside from best categories for car, bike and SUV, judges will looking for CableVison’s Custom Creations, the Pepsi Classic Tuner, Autobahn’s Bling Bling, Unique Audio ICE-OFF, Roaring Lion GPH and the TORC heavy trucker.
