Gales force cancellation of some ferry services

Poor weather has forced the cancellation of some ferry services.

A Transport spokesman said that due to the current inclement weather and until conditions improve, all Pink Route stops except for Salt Kettle have been suspended.

Green and Blue routes are operating to schedule.

The Island has been experiencing gale force winds which are forecast to continue into this evening as a sharp cold front passes overhead Bermuda.

Winds are due to ease tomorrow.

Gales have forced the cancellation of some ferry services.
