Wilhelmina agency reps will be at City Hall fashion show

Local models taking part in a summer fashion show at City Hall will have the chance to strut their stuff in front of representatives from an international model agency.

Roman Young and Paul Nelson, directors at Wilhelmina International Inc, will attend the ‘Evolution’ event on July 7 at 7pm.

Danilee Trott, the City of Hamilton’s events and projects manager, said: “Last year’s show, staged in front of City Hall, drew a crowd of thousands to see local models showcasing clothes from Hamilton retailers.

“We are anticipating another fashion extravaganza of an equal, if not greater, scale.

“This year, we are looking for one male and one female model to possibly win a contract with Wilhelmina.

“We are inviting people of all ages, shapes and sizes to participate in the model call.”

Model calls will be held on Wednesday, March 28 between 5pm and 8pm and Saturday, March 31 from 11am to 3pm at Number Six Shed.

Females should take four-inch heels to wear during the audition.
