Round dem up
Venomous lionfish were caught on Saturday, during a roundup aimed at reducing the numbers of these non-native fish in Bermuda reefs. Native to the Indian and Pacific oceans, and with no known predators here, they spread through the reef system, where scientists say they are disrupting complex ecosystems and displacing native fish. The fish where caught and taken taken to the BIOS for a weigh in and fry up.
