Caribbean culture will be celebrated with a free festival at Victoria Park today.Food, entertainment, games, cultural talks and displays will all be on offer from 2pm to 6pm, as part of Caribbean Day.The event has been organised by West Indian Association and the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs as part of the Historical Heartbeats Lecture Series.
