The charity Meals of Meals has been presented with a cheque for $20,000 by Capital G Bank, in lieu of its Christmas celebrations.The donation was on top of a holiday campaign for Meals on Wheels, in which the bank pledged to match contributions up to a capped amount.Ian Truran, President and CEO of Capital G, said the extra donation was to meet extra demand over the holidays.The charity’s Chairman Joe Gibbons thanked the company for the contribution, along with the bank’s volunteering help.
