St George’s Foundation needs your unwanted items

We also accept books,” a spokeswoman said.“All proceeds from the Second-Hand Rose Charity Shoppe benefit the World Heritage Centre. Our donors have helped us keep The World Heritage Centre open and operating, allowing us to continue bringing Bermuda’s history to life through our on-site exhibits and film, ‘A Stroll Through St George’s’.”The shop is open to receive donations between 10am and 4pm, Monday through Saturday, and will also arrange to collect any items Island-wide. The store can be contacted on 297-3686. The St George’s Foundation raises funds to preserve the town’s heritage.
