The body of a 51-year-old woman was found in a Laffan Street home this weekend, but police do not suspect foul play.

A police spokesman said that officers responded to reports of a lifeless body in the residence shortly before 6am on Saturday.

“Early initial observations do not suggest that foul play was a factor,” the spokesman said.
