Man injured in collision

Incident: An upturned motorbike that was involved in a collision with a car at the junction of Blackwatch Pass and Marsh Folly Road yesterday
A 22-year-old motorcyclist was injured after the bike he was riding was in collision with a car.
The accident happened at the junction of Blackwatch Pass and Marsh Folly Road, in Pembroke, during the late afternoon rush hour yesterday.
It is understood that the male rider, who was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the car, a white hatchback, escaped without injury.
There was some traffic disruption as police officers diverted traffic away from the scene. Any witnesses should call 295-0011.
