Trio deny attacking man

Three men have denied launching a serious attack on another man in the street.

Seymour Ramatar, Paul Johnson and Jermain Lauder pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court this morning, to inflicting grievous bodily harm on Ricardo Tucker.

The attack is alleged to have taken place on North Street, Pembroke on July 14, this year.

The trio will return to court on September 17 for a trial date to be fixed.

In the meantime, Mr Ramatar, 33, of Warwick, Mr Johnson, 29, of Pembroke and Mr Lauder, 31, of Pembroke, were each released on $10,000 bail and one surety.
