A Warwick man has denied charges of driving drunk and fleeing the scene of a crash.
Christopher Carter, 25, pleaded not guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, driving while impaired and driving while over the legal blood-alcohol limit.
The offences were all said to have occurred in Paget on January 1. Mr Carter, who was represented in court by defence lawyer Richard Horseman, remained silent after entering his pleas.
He was released on $1,000 bail, with the matter set to return to court on May 9.
