A 28-year-old St George’s man who was found in the road in the early hours of Good Friday is recovering on a general ward.

The man, who was seriously injured in a single vehicle motorcycle collision at about 4.45am on Kindley Field Road, was initially treated in the Intensive Care Unit.

However police confirmed yesterday that he had been moved on to a general ward at the hospital.

Witnesses or anyone who was in the area at the time of the accident should contact police on 295-0011.
