Bermuda’s 21st annual sand sculpture competition took over Horseshoe Bay Beach yesterday with a menagerie of creations.

Participants of all ages took to the sands, with the team of Hannah Emmerson and Mikal Thomas ultimately taking the day’s top prize.

The eye-catching event, sponsored by the Hamilton Princess Hotel in tandem with Alexandra Mosher jewellery, once more proved a hit with locals and visitors alike - and the weather obliged with a sunny day.
