Traffic diversions on South Road in Paget in the area of Stowe Hill have apparently been lifted.

They were put in place following an accident, according to a police spokesman. However, he said the accident was not considered serious.

At around 9.50pm, there was still an obstruction in the westbound lane and traffic heading east was able to turn down Stowe Hill.
