Weather warning on storm force winds

Storm force gusts of wind could hit tonight as a low-pressure system passes the island.
The Bermuda Weather Service has issued a small-craft warning until this evening and a gale warning from last night until late today.
The BWS 4.30pm forecast said: “Rain will resume as gales arrive later this evening along with storm-force gusts.
“These conditions will remain through most of tomorrow as the centre of the low passes to our near east.
“Gales decrease towards dawn Friday and winds continue to decrease through Saturday.”
