After much confusion over unofficial teams, Bailey said that the team will be picked next Tuesday, announced to the players on Wednesday and then to the public the following day.

Bermuda have been drawn in a group alongside Fiji, West Africa and Denmark in the ICC Trophy, which will be held in Kenya next February.

Bailey is expected to reveal extensive plans for the tournament, which will send the top three teams to the World Cup in 1995-96, and he will also announce coaching plans.

It has been reported that former West Indies fast bowler Michael Holding will be assisting Bermuda's build-up. Holding is said to be coaching the national squad for four 10-day periods before the 16-member team leave for Africa in January.

"I had a board meeting last night and things are not expected to be confirmed for another week,'' said Bailey, one of four ICC Management Committee members recently sent to Kenya to look into conditions.
