Swizzle In's silver lining

Australian three-day eventer Andrew Hoy grabbed the silver medal on a horse called Swizzle In -- and, yes, it was named after the well known pub/restaurant in Hamilton Parish.

Originally Swizzle In belonged to international equestrian Bruce Davidson but was bought by Bermudian Gina Flood who competed successfully on the horse in both the US and England.

However, Flood then sold it to Hoy who made a slight name change, discarding the second `n' in the word Inn.

Among the first to congratulate Hoy on his medal success were Bermuda's chef d'equipe Joan Taplin and Mike Collins, father of Bermuda equestrian Tim Collins, who is one of several Bermudians currently in Sydney for the Games.
