Eddie Roque and Nicholas DeCosta continued their battle to be leading driver in Sunday's harness racing at Vesey Street.
Roque added three more wins to his total, including two with Shamrock Formal Attire, who now moves to the Free For All division.
DeCosta, fresh out of boot camp, picked up two wins, including the first heat of the Free For All with Grand Shady in the fastest time of the day, 1:05.4.
In the second heat, Nick changed horses with his father Michael and drove Brittany Gold to victory.
Shamrock Five, driven by Michael Soares, will also move up to the Free For All after finishing second to Formal Attire in 1:07.
Aaron Sims picked up his first win with his new pony, Grand Fire, in the 1:16 and slower time bar, edging out Ponder Dawn and Michael Roberts. In the second heat, Ponder Dawn nipped Grand Fire.
Championne County with David Lopes has one leg out of the 1:11.2-1:13.2 time bar, after winning their heat in 1:11.1.
How Quick Time Flies with Murray Terceira covered the half mile in 1:09 despite getting a late start and the gelding now has one leg out of the 1:09.1-1:11.1 time bar.
The horse show means there is no racing next week. The next meet is on Saturday, February 5.
TABLE TENNIS PP Bermuda's number one table tennis player Nick Frost proved unbeatable in Saturday's closed championships at CedarBridge, compiling a 5-0 record for a comfortable victory.
A disappointing field of just six players turned out for the round robin event, and Frost was rarely stretched, losing just one game in a 21-15, 18-21, 21-11 defeat of Myron Piper.
Piper, Mike Lindo and Dave Waltham all finished with 3-2 records. But Lindo, four of whose matches went to three games, claimed the runners-up spot on the lot rule.
Waltham (3-1) met Frost (4-0) in his final match and could have lifted the title under the head-to-head rule had he won. But Frost ran out an easy winner, 21-9, 21-9.
