Fresh off victory in the Under-14 category of the ITF Junior Tournament -- also in Trinidad -- Fisher continued her hot streak, winning three of four matches during the round robin phase.
Fisher made short work of opponents from Antigua, Guyana and the host country, but lost to Aruba's Stephanie Velasquez.
The teenager will face leading qualifier H.Ann Thompson of Antigua in the quarter-finals. However, Fisher will go in armed with confidence, having beaten Thompson 6-4, 6-4 on Saturday during the final of the tournament she won.
Meanwhile, Manders finds himself bracketed with 12 other youngsters after coming through qualifying with a 1-1 record. Manders, defeated his Guyanese challenger, before falling 2-6, 5-7 to St. Lucia's Alberton Richlieu.
Williams suffered losses in two of three matches, going down to opponents from St. Vincent and Surinam, before downing Hadyn Lewis 2-6, 6-4 (retired).
Doubles play saw Williams and Manders lose 2-6, 3-6 to a pair from St.
Lucia/Antigua. On the girls side Fisher will team with Velasquez. The girls are the number one seeds and have a first round bye.
