The hot hands belonged to Mike McCallum with the third high game of 265 and second high series of 686, Richard Zuill with a third high series of 685 and David Abraham with a 663.
The highlight of the night belonged to Travel's Kevin Swan who rolled a perfect 300 game and top series of 718 but it was teamwork that told in the end.
Cellular Centre maintained second place with a 19-11 win over Genuine Draft.
Steven Wales led Centre's charge with a 620 series, while help also came from Caisey Burgess who notched a 603. Reggie Saunders was the best placed player for the losers.
League leaders Team Unsponsored made it a 56 point margin at the top following their victory over Team Metro by 24-6.
They rolled the second high team game and series of the night with 1083 and 3014.
Antoine Jones hit 279, rolling the first nine strikes, on his way to a 669 series, while Steven Riley and Dean Lightbourn rolled 641 series. Carlos Estravit was high for the losers.
Team Electric got back to winning ways with an 18-12 win over New Mix Ups.
Wayne Kelly had another good night with a 654 series, while Jue VanLowe high scored for Mix Ups, who took the second game.
The tightest match of the evening saw Magnum Force record a 16-14 win over Thompsons.
Once again the scores were high, Henry Hughes leading the way for the victors with a 601, while Leroy Ming and Victor Thompson scored well for the vanquished, hitting 614 and 603 respectively.
