What stands as the only east to west half marathon on the race calendar and an event used by many runners as a build-up to International Race Weekend in January, looks like featuring many of the Island's top road racers.

They will be running for a first prize of two airline tickets courtesy of American Airlines, as well as grocery vouchers from Lindo's and additional offerings from The Pro Shop and Washington Mall Magazines.

This year's course has changed from last year's, starting from St. George's (9.00 a.m.) and taking in Harrington Sound Road, Flatts Village, North Shore Road, Palmetto Road Hill, Marsh Folly, continuing to Canal Road with the finish at Bull's Head Car Park.

Race number pick-up and late entry will be today between 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. at the BTFA office.
