The following day it wilL go out at 10 p.m. and on December 21 it will run at 6 p.m. The other two slots will be for those who watch television late, after midnight.
The SKY Sports affiliates in United States, New Zealand and Australia are also expected to take the programme and TV1 in France and Argentine television have also requested the programme.
While here for this year's Classic the television production crew took the opportunity to have a panel discussion on international rugby featuring Gavin Hastings, Willie John McBride, Philippe Sella and JPR Williams and this will be used as the opener for SKY Sports coverage of the 1999 Home International season in February.
