Mr. Jay Pratt and Mr. Ras Smit were feared missing after leaving Bermuda on October 6 in a 44-foot sloop Mustang .

They had reportedly not arrived in St. Thomas, where they were delivering the yacht to its owner.

Harbour Radio and the US Coast Guard, using two planes, started a search for the yacht late last week.

On Saturday, the pair turned up in St. Thomas. A Harbour Radio spokesman said that they had not reported their arrival to the owner.
