Wells plays role in Bradford friendly

Trialist Nahki Wells missed a glorious scoring chance in the last minute of Bradford City's 1-1 draw against Matlock in a friendly on Saturday. Wells, who is still waiting to learn his contract fate, came on as a substitute after 68 minutes. He could have won the game after being put clear through on goal but thundered his shot straight at the goalkeeper.Taurean Manders' Capital City FC extended their unbeaten run to 11 matches in the Canadian Soccer League. They drew 2-2 with Windsor Stars on Saturday, before being held to a goalless draw by York Region Shooters yesterday.
