Troy Tucker has been named in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division One team of the season.The Bermuda Hogges midfielder, who helped Darton State College to third at the National Championships tournament, finished as Darton’s top scorer with seven goals.Darton head coach Bart Sasnett said: “Troy is a model of what we expect at Darton State.”“He has superb character, and he is a leader. They guys look up to him and follow him. He had a hand in a lot of big decisions that went on in this programme.“It’s called being a player-coach — when you have guys like him, you can do that.Darton, who finished the regular season undefeated, also include Bermudians Jamel Swan and Jaylon Bather in their squad.
