Cougars fight back for victory

Moses Steede converted a late penalty to push Digicel Premier Division league leaders Devonshire Cougars over a two-goal deficit and beat Somerset Trojans at Somerset Cricket Club.Steede's last minute goal from the penalty spot capped off a rousing second half with Cougars reeling after conceding from a Tyrell Burgess free kick midway through the first half. Then they suffered a further setback after Johnny Bean was the chief beneficiary of a poor clearance from Cougars goalkeeper Kioshi Trott.Domico Coddington would bring the visitors within one goal just after the break, and after a mix up in the area he would grab his second. The winner would come in the 85th minute when Coddington was brought down in the area, with Steede making no mistake from the spot."Always going down is a blow but we showed we were capable of showing character in time like this," said Cougars skipper Chris Caisey.
