PHC set for Paget in cup

Holders PHC Zebras will begin the defence of their Friendship Trophy title against Paget Lions.

The two sides were drawn against each other yesterday and will meet in a preliminary round clash at PHC Field on December 2.

Zebras beating North Village 2-0 in last season's final. Village will face BAA at Goose Gosling Field on December 1.

The winner between PHC and Paget will meet Trojans in the quarter-finals at Somerset Cricket Club while the winner of Village and BAA will take on FA Cup and Dudley Eve Trophy champions Robin Hood at a venue yet to be determined.

The remaining quarter-final matches will pit Boulevard against Devonshire Cougars at Lord's and Dandy Town against league leaders X-Roads at St John's Field.

All Friendship Trophy quarter final matches will be held on December 16.
