Holders PHC Zebras will begin the defence of their Friendship Trophy title against Paget Lions.

The two sides were drawn against each other yesterday and will meet in a preliminary round clash at PHC Field on December 2.

Zebras beating North Village 2-0 in last season’s final. Village will face BAA at Goose Gosling Field on December 1.

The winner between PHC and Paget will meet Trojans in the quarter-finals at Somerset Cricket Club while the winner of Village and BAA will take on FA Cup and Dudley Eve Trophy champions Robin Hood at a venue yet to be determined.

The remaining quarter-final matches will pit Boulevard against Devonshire Cougars at Lord’s and Dandy Town against league leaders X-Roads at St John’s Field.

All Friendship Trophy quarter final matches will be held on December 16.
