series of youth debates this week.

Eight students from the all-boys high school Saint Andrew's College are scheduled to debate with students from Bermuda High School, Mount Saint Agnes Academy and Whitney Institute on Thursday and Friday of this week.

Topics will include youth violence and youth concerns in the twenty-first century.

The Canadian team arrived on the island yesterday (Wednesday) and were due to begin debates against BHS students this morning (Thursday).

CedarBridge students are expected to elect a student body president this week.

Students will vote, by secret ballot, today at 11.25 and ballots are expected to be tallied today.

Canididates for the position of student body president have been giving talks at school assemblies and campaigning for this election.

The three candidates are Shanell Greenwood, Rebekah Cabral and Byron Walker.
