Students from 36 countries will immerse themselves in the study and development of the skills that define a leader in the `Mastering Leadership' course.

They leave with a true feeling of accomplishment and confidence in their ability to handle the challenges that lie ahead.'' Philip, a Year Five student at Saltus Grammar School, will be living on the University of Maryland campus for his stay.
He said he looks forward to an experience that will teach him valuable lessons for life.
"It's a mastering leadership course so it'll help me solve situations in life.
"(It will affect) how I think, what I take out of situations.'' Philip's mother said: "I think it's a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and become inspired.'' Philip will work at The Reef's hotel this summer and looks forward to a career in the hospitality industry.
