The group of 48 took turns to sit on the seesaw, set up at the Lingo's food store in Devonshire, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.. The fundraising then went on into the night at a dance at St. Patrick's Church Hall in Smith's. The cash will be donated to the family of breast cancer victim Gail Kneisler who died last week. Next month the TB, Cancer and Health Association will be holding a sponsored walk as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
