Dead man identified

The scene at Devonshire Bay where the body of 75-year-old Arthur Ray was found in a boat yesterday afternoon.
The man found dead in a boat off Devonshire Bay yesterday has been named as Arthur Ray.
Mr Ray, 75, was found unconscious aboard his boat by a member of the public at around 4:30pm yesterday. He was pronounced dead at the scene by an on call doctor.
According to police, the circumstances regarding Mr Ray’s death are not considered to be suspicious.
