The Premier, who will be issuing a formal correspondence to Buckingham Palace, has expressed heartfelt congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their daughter.

“This certainly is a very joyous moment for them and Bermuda joins the rest of the world in acknowledging this special occasion,” Michael Dunkley said, speaking on behalf of Government and the people of Bermuda.
