Do airport plans include the Causeway?

Dear Sir,
Aecon’s presentation to support their involvement with the new airport was predictable, although it is hard to believe they have already invested $1 million in a development as controversial as this.
But, more importantly, what contingency plans have Aecon and Government included in their ‘sweetheart’ deal to bring the Longbird Bridge and Causeway up to speed with a new state-of-the-art airport?
