A PLP spokeswoman said: “Countless students from Bermuda have long enjoyed a thriving relationship with Howard University and there are many Bermudians of excellence who are Howard alumni. We are honoured that Dr Frederick has accepted our invitation and we are sure his message will be timely and motivating.”
PLP members, supporters and friends are invited to the event, which will have the theme “Bermudian excellence”.
David Burt, the Premier, will also speak at the dinner.
