The Royal Gazette/BSX Index yesterday closed unchanged at 1,988.17.

A total of four companies saw movement, but no change in their prices.

The Bank of Butterfield was at $32.60 after 1,466 shares changed hands.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the bank was up 22 cents, or 0.67 per cent, at $33.01.

Insurance firm BF&M stood at $20.75 after 950 shares sold.

Bermuda Aviation Services held at $3 after 500 shares moved.

And utilities firm Ascendant saw 500 shares sell to stand at $7.15.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 1.99 points or 0.11 per cent at 1852.83.
