No one injured as shots fired in Pembroke

Gunshots were fired in Pembroke this evening but no one was injured, Police have confirmed.
A spokesman said: “Police attended a report of an incident that took place on Ingham Vale Road in Pembroke at 10:19pm.
“Upon police arrival it was forensically ascertained that a firearm was discharged in the area. However, at this juncture it does not appear that anyone was injured.
“The area was cordoned off and processed by officers from the Forensic Support Unit.
“Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have seen two men on a red motorcycle in the area or anyone who may have any information on this incident to contact police on 295-0011 or the confidential Crime Stoppers hotline on 800 8477.”
