A free career seminar for current and potential real estate licensees is being held by Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty in Hamilton next week.

The event will give basic information about the residential real estate profession.

"This seminar is designed for individuals who are interested in a real estate career but need more information to help them make that important first step towards realising their potential," said Jennifer Lindo, human resources manager at Coldwell Banker.

"We pride ourselves with giving our real estate professional the highest level of support as they successfully establish their careers in real estate."

Topics to be discussed are in career areas of specialisation, Bermuda licence requirements and local market trends. The speakers lined up include Coldwell Banker agency manager Susan Thompson and managing director Brian Madeiros. Also present at the seminar will be other Coldwell Banker representatives to answer questions about professional and personal growth opportunities available at Coldwell Banker.

The seminar is free and will be held at Coldwell Banker's office in Atlantic House, Par-La-Ville Road, starting at 5.30 p.m. on Thursday, February 15.
